Ordering

Fresh fish and shellfish are sold subject to availability, because our board changes with the seasons, the tides and the day's landing. If something you have ordered is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Many items are priced by weight. Where a weight is approximate, the final price is confirmed when we weigh your order, and we will tell you before you pay if it differs meaningfully from the estimate.

Payment

Orders are collection only and you pay when you collect, by card or cash at the van or counter. Prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Collection and delivery

Fresh fish is for collection. Collection times and van locations are shown on our Find the Fish Van page and are approximate. Where delivery is offered for non-perishable goods, it is available within Jersey for a flat fee shown at checkout.

Freshness and refunds

Fresh seafood is highly perishable, so we cannot accept returns once an order has been collected. If something is not right with your order, contact us the same day and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

General

These terms are governed by the law of Jersey. If any part of them is found invalid, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
