Jade-S Fisheries started with one boat and one aim: to bring the freshest catch from Jersey's waters to Jersey's tables, with nothing lost in between. What began as an early-morning routine on the water has grown into a business that supplies the Island's best restaurants.
We're still a family operation. Every fillet is cut by hand, every crate is packed with care, and every customer, whether a chef or a first-timer, gets the same honest service.
