A Fishing-Family Business

Jade-S Fisheries is a family-run business working the waters east to west of the Island. We're not just your fishmonger, we're your fishermen, hauling in the day's catch and bringing it to Jersey tables within hours.

Today we supply the Island's finest restaurants (including our own) and run our own retail counter over the weekends.

After decades away, Atlantic bluefin are back off Jersey in incredible numbers, and we can now catch and land them here. One fish at a time, on rod and line, under some of the tightest management any fish in the world sees.
